Want a great job? Smart, talented, and college-educated? That’s cool and all….but what if what really matters is who your dad knows?

This is how lots of jobs get filled — as many as 80% of jobs, actually, are never publicly posted, meaning they go to those who have connections and are “in the know.”

With a new lawn game, PeopleGrove helps everyone see how hard it is to win at life when access to great careers and opportunities are based on how much social capital and connections one has or doesn’t have.

And since PeopleGrove is a way to equitably level the playing field for job opportunities, you can also try your hand at landing a top tier position with PeopleGrove support.

Created to spread brand awareness and affinity, this functional lawn game was made for buyers (college and university administrators) to play at trade events, helping enable sales and customer teams to explain PeopleGrove’s value proposition. Just as we hoped would happen, it was a hit and subsequently requested by customers (university career centers) to use on campus for students to play at job fairs and see why they should sign up for PeopleGrove.
